1. Shipping Information
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped according to our available postage batches, especially during peak seasons (e.g., Raya).
We work with selected logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Delivery Coverage
Semenanjung Malaysia (Poslaju – PRIORITY)
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment.
Within Sarawak (Bus Delivery)
Delivery timeframe depends on bus schedule and location.
Sabah Orders
Customers are required to contact our SICC Sabah Branch directly for order arrangements.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
Delivery method selected
Delivery location
Total weight/quantity of order
Final shipping charges will be displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Important Notices
Customers are required to carefully check the order summary before proceeding with payment.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier or bus service provider, Kek Lapis Warisan Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any delay, damage, or unforeseen circumstances during transit.
We ensure proper packaging and quality inspection before shipment.
Certain postcode areas may be excluded from delivery coverage. If your postcode is not serviceable, our team will contact you for further arrangement.
5. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.
**IF BUYER FAILS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE ORDER INFORMATION OR PROOF, THE BUYER MAY NOT BE ENTITLED TO CLAIM FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
